This Kingswood Village condo comfortably sleeps 6 with its 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa plus 1.75 bathrooms. Owner has recently renovated both bathrooms, converted loft into entertaining area, purchased new furniture and installed new flooring. Home also features internet access, upgraded basic cable, flat screen TV, newer kitchen appliances, and two decks; one with an electric grill.
The entry level houses two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and the laundry area. The first bedroom is nice and bright with two twin beds and a large mirrored closet. At the far end is the primary bedroom which has an adjustable King Sleep Number bed, flat screen TV with cable service, as well as a seating area on the private deck.
The main level features a recently painted kitchen with a breakfast bar, which really brightens the space. The living room has also been upgraded and now houses a new sleeper sofa, large-mounted TV with Streaming capabilities, and a stone fireplace. New flooring flows throughout the living area into the dining area, which has seating for 6. Additional dining and an electric grill can be found on the patio by using the slider doors. A beautiful new vanity has been installed in the first section of the 3/4 bathroom.
The third level of this condo has been transformed into a bonus gathering space. There are two comfy chairs in the loft sitting area to share a good conversation or read a good book. There's also a card table to play one of the many board games provided.

Guest Access:
Guests may access all areas of the property except the private homeowner/housekeeping closets which are locked. Community amenities are only available seasonally (Memorial Weekend to Labor Day; weather permitting).
The Neighborhood:
Quiet residential neighborhood. 1 mile to beach & town. Less than 6 miles to Northstar.
Getting Around:
Tahoe Regional Transportation Agency (TART) is the FREE public bus system in the area. Bus stop is within a block of unit.
Private taxi services are also widely available.
Many resorts offer private shuttle services as well.
4WD or AWD Vehicles are recommended for travel in Tahoe during the winter months.
Other Things to Note:
- Guests will have to climb stairs.
- Kingswood Village does not allow renters or guests to bring their pets
- No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on grounds
- Limited to 3 vehicles per HOA. Vehicles must display a parking pass and move every 24 hours when snow exists.
- Unit does not have A/C
- Extra bedding is located in the master bedroom closet
- Only 100% electric grills are permitted for use in this complex. Do not bring your own - there is a $600 fine. An electric grill is provided for your use.
- 3rd level of condo cannot be used as a sleeping area
-The property unit number is 31 which has nothing to do with the random number we have assigned as #304.
