”Very good breakfast home like atmosphere my place to stay in grand forks ”

”Our room had ripped carpet, wine spilled on the wall and found hair on our bathroom floor. ”

”We stayed one night, and were happy with the quality and price. The only down side was the poor area. It was clean but quite dated and looked a bit run down. The breakfast was was I expected, and filled the void. The front desk staff was training someone so check in was slow, but we didn’t mind. Other wise we didn’t really interact with any other staff members ”

”A huge party was happening right outside our room! We upgraded to a poolside room and were lining forward to it! Until a hockey team showed up, drinks in hand and had a party with several dozen ppl that started at 6pm and went till 11:45pm. Being poolside, the party was right outside our door. It was so loud, vulgar and out of control. Tried multiple times to get the front desk to do something. They didn't. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool, it was filled with ppl drinking excessively. ...

”The hot tub and pool wasn’t working and that is exactly why we went. The bath tub has clumps of hair on the drain and the sheets were stained ”

”Was pleasantly surprised after staying at a horrible La Quinta years ago. Photos were pretty accurate, you can see some wear and tear just because it hosts a lot of families. Customer service was alright. Continental breakfast was good - very well tended to. Room was alright, the in-house toiletries that are glued down were empty. Nice sized room though, is not the one in Expedia booking. ”
