”An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months”

”Staff were friendly, room is very outdated and had a strange smell. Beds were average, shower was good. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t fantastic, we paid £120 for one night stay with breakfast but not sure it’s quite worth that to be honest. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

”Clean and quiet, very comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I’d asked about a bowling club in Modbury that a family member used, the lovely bar staff said she’d find out for me.
Fantastic full English with great sausages. Nothing seemed too much trouble
