”Great location for a wander down into Kingsbridge for breakfast before heading out for the day. Close to the places we wanted to visit. Property extremely clean and modern. I hadn’t really realised the impact of the slanted roof so Chris banged his head a few times! ”Fantastic week - what a place, beaches lovely, people mega friendly, accommodation lovely especially the views, the Venus Cafe was superb AND we even had good weather. Burgh Island was a treat the Pilchard Inn did a stunning meal and the sea tractor was something everyone should do. I loved it all and so did the dog :-)”

”This is a great flat. Nicely set up and with just about everything you'd need for a holiday. A good layout for keeping shoes in the hall and limit sand moving around. It was super clean and comfortable. Quiet despite being a flat in a building. Great views! One of the best we've stayed in. Good with a dog too and a short walk to good (dog friendly!) beaches as well as not far to both the Village Inn and the Beachhouse for food. Only 1 car space. Fine for us but worth noting. ”

”Nice location 5 mins walk from the village with pubs restaurant and shop. Right on the SW coastal path. Well appointed apartment, with sitting area outside. Outdoor shower and room to hand wet gear also. Would go back. Just watch out for the narrow Devon lanes on the last couple of miles to the coast. ”

”Had a lovely week in this first floor flat. The views from the living room and double bedroom are utterly gorgeous and change with the tides. The flat is great with very comfy beds! We used the steps down to the beach regularly, which is a great workout. Good walks on the doorstep and also took the ferry over to Bantham for a walk on that part of the coastal path. ”This property fit our needs exactly. It had all we needed, with good quality basic accommodation for sleeping, fixing meals, and enjoying sunset views. The unit is situated on a cliff with easy access to easy/moderate trails. We visited the nearby restaurants/pubs and the tiny general store, all a short walk down steep steps (then back up). We parked the car and didn’t use it again for a few days. No need to go anywhere else for awhile.”
