Prior to my arrival the host let me know he couldn’t get in contact with his cleaning person, I told him he still had time as my flight was landing late. I landed after 3am, upon arrival I had to wait a while as my name wasn’t left with security preventing me access to the property. I called the host and he picked up immediately and the issue was rectified. He then told me the place still hadn’t been cleaned, So at 4am I did the best I could to provide I clean space for my infant to sleep with no available cleaning supplies, the lack of clean sheets and only 2 clean pillow cases. There was no toilet tissue and no soap. I had to buy everything I needed when the stores opened. The bedsheets and the bathroom towels were dirty and stained with bodily fluids. The was dirty toilet tissue on the sink and a bathtub full of hair. The couch was sunken in and had visibly deep holes, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The host had great communication but the place didn’t really look like the pictures. The tv in the room didn’t turn on and the one in the living room had no streaming services available so it was of no use. He was trying to be helpful but there was nothing either of us could do to fix the issue. He comped us an additional day but I wouldn’t stay here again. The couch, bed frame, mattress and the pots need updating. The location is convenient, necessary thing were within walking distance. I’d suggest leaving small bottles of cleaning supplies for guest during their stay.

I iked everything about the property. It was clean, quiet, beautiful and I felt safe. The security was respectful and professional. It's a very nice place, very convenient because it is in a nice area, close to everything. I would rent it again.

I feel safe staying at Harloe's Condominium.It was like home away from home. It is walking distance from the heart of Half Way Tree and its environment.So I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay.

Choose another place trust me!

When contacting the host to check in it was a hassle to get the instructions. This property has no running water and was not clean. When I asked for a refund as soon as I stepped in the apartment, I was told I would get a FULL refund and only got PARTIAL! Choose another property!

Property was secured and the place was lovely and up to date. There was a pool which my daughter loved and the overall stay was a good one. The sofa bed was one for a toddler however and the sofa was not comfortable at all.

Beautiful home and location. Truly enjoyed my stay, it was in the middle of all the places I wanted to visit. The only thing that I would recommend is to upgrade the living room sofa.

The property itself is nice… the condo was clean, the bedroom sheets were dirty, we had no water for 3days & wen reaching out to the host, he said he’ll check on the matter, & I had to reach out to him! He didn’t reach out til check out, we had to go to security for water to use the bathroom… we had to go to the river to bathe… couldn’t do laundry, I’m very dissatisfied wit the lack of communication & he didn’t resolve any issue I had… which showed me he didn’t care…. I wouldn’t recommend this condo to a friend or family

This property is in a great location great access to new Kingston and half way tree. I highly recommend this property it is well maintained nice and clean. If you have a clean and comfortable home then you can call this property a home away from home.

Kingston Hideaway

I stayed at this property from 02/27-03/02 and really enjoyed my stay. The location is very centralized and in close proximity to many restaurants, stores, and supermarkets, and shopping. Loved the gate security, building security, the keyless entry, and the elevator. The apartment was very clean and had all that was necessary to make my stay comfortable! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kingston, and I highly recommend this property hosted by Anthony!

The property is badly mismanaged Took 25 minutes to get entry door lock was malfunctions..on entry apt was dirty..bed was not made up ..bathroom was not cleaned ..nice property a gold mine ..but the managers is very lacking

Lock malfunction

Property was not bad, security was ok but guards were a little inquisitive. On my final day the keypad lock battery died. I informed the host 2 days prior that the battery was almost out. About 45 minutes prior rmto my departure i was locked iut. Had difficulty reaching the host who told me i had to purchase batteries for the pad. I never heard the word sorry or anything similar to that. I missed my flight and had to catch another flight. I didn't like how the host handled the issue. It was not my responsibility to purchase batteries so he should have at least been apologetic. I was given the wrong information initially so i had to purchase two sets of batteries. This is unacceptable.
