”This is a very peaceful place to stay. It's quiet, but still close enough to things to do all within an hours drive. Ocean City is about a 40-45 minute drive, Assateague, MD to see the ponies on the beach is about 35-40 minutes. Assateague, VA and Chincoteague are 30-35, Wollops NASA station is 15-20 minutes. It overlooks Chincoteague Bay and the island of Chincoteague. My husband and i would definitely stay there again. Alms is you like seafood, that is one of the best areas for it....

The location is perfect, plenty of room with 3 separate bedrooms, a comfortable living room, and full access kitchen, washer/dryer and 1 bathroom. It was perfect. The owner, Crystal, is an amazing host. She is very responsive, helpful, accommodating, and encourages any feedback. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back. Thank you Crystal! ”

”This house was perfect for our family with 3 young children. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The playground across the street is new and the kids loved it. The master bedroom was large enough for us to fit a pack and play. I appreciated the pretty garden and plants around the property and there was a hose outside we used to wash away the sand from the beach. Quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from Wallops, Pocomoke, and Chincoteague. ”

”Overall our stay here was great. The house was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The only negatives for us were the very low water pressure in the shower, and having to park under a pine tree that dropped needles and sap all over our cars. All my interactions with the owner were great. ”

”The cottage was very homey, pretty and clean. The furnishings and color scheme have the cottage a wam feel. What was a particularly nice touch was the cute doggie towel on the bench by the front door and doggie bags for clean up. The dog towel came in handy since my dear darling rolled on a rotten duck egg. The host was very friendly and accessible if needed. Will definitely stay there again.”

”Had an enjoyable 4 night stay in this camper with my son. Great communication with property manager who was quick to respond to all of our questions. There are pillows but no sheets, blankets or towels provided. Check-in procedure could be more clearly explained as well as the process for gate access. But overall great place. Will definitely come back. ”

”Took my grandson for a weekend trip to Smith Island to celebrate his HS graduation. My daughter, also, accompanied us, since I am a 90 year old "Grammy", and need some assistance. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of our needs. The host, Kim, was extremely attentive, and made our dinner the night we arrived so we could just relax. ”Smith Island is remote, isolated, and a 45 minute ferry trip from Crisfield on lower Maryland's Eastern Shore.The house was recently renovated. It is very well furnished and equipt. Chris has a detailed handbook about what to expect on the island with names and phone numbers for residents who can provide services and give tours including the listing for the ferry boats. He is an engaged, conscientious and outstanding host who quickly and thoroughly responded to our questions. As a waterman...
