”The front door didn't lock probably so at night u were half awake BC of that. Beds were new but the carpet was still the 70s and stained. It's a place where u would stay once and leave. Pay the extra to stay at the big ones. Manger was awesome and great to deal with. All in all it's a place to stay away from.”

”You booked the hotel solely for the waterslide. We arrived early driving from far away so that we could use the waterslide only to find out that all of the lifeguards had called in “sick”. One of the staff members indicated that having teenage lifeguards this is sometimes what happens. So that should be advertised as we wasted extra money on a pool and a waterslide that was nonfunctional and wasted our time getting there as well. We weren’t offered anything as an apology, just a too bad”

”We had a wonderful stay at Dwell Hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown to easily access restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Communication from the staff was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dwell Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kingston.”

”Great stay but unruly neighbours were super loud at night and kept my tired kids and I awake. When I called front desk they said they would send someone, but doors kept slamming and one woman kept speaking so loudly 10pm to almost midnight. Very disappointed with security/staff because of this. Otherwise great location and beautiful hotel.”

”We enjoyed our stay very much. Price was on point for us. The hotel was clean and has rustic old charm and nicely decorated. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Parking included and Brunch, free wifi. Our room has all the amenities needed. Location was nice and not a far drive to downtown. We definitely will be back.”

”This is a very unique restored mansion within a fairly easy walk to downtown Kingston. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had been advertised through Expedia as having a bay view, and it didn’t, but that was no big deal. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. All in all, a great experience.”
