”We stayed twice at the Yura Hotel while travelling in Japan. In our opinion there is nothing that compares with the level of hospitality, quality of service and the accommodation itself. Upon arrival we were greeted with extremely friendly staff that went all the way to make sure we felt welcomed. From the registration onwards the entire stay was made as easy as possible. While the staff may not be fluent in English, their hospitality and effort makes up for the potential lack in vocabulary....

”We had a room on the 10th floor (executive floor) with extra charge. The room was quite worn and cramped. We noticed that the normal price rooms on the the 6th floor were recently renowated and much fresher with the basic price. The service was exellent and the free shuttle bus service was a nice surprice. ”
