ディナーブッフェを当日に予約したのですが、食事後、テーブルのカードを入口に返したところ、結構です。と言われたので、ここで精算ではなく部屋付けになってると思い、そのまま部屋に戻りました。
翌朝、チェックアウト時に精算すると食事代が入っていませんでした。申告して、確認してもらい精算することができました。申告しなかったら払わずに帰ってしまうところでしたので、どのオペレーションに不備があったかわかりませんが、今後の参考にしていただければと思います。
不満とかはありません。本当に快適なホテルで、また来たいと思います。”

”Very helpful staff especially Mr. Asada Hiroya, he found the credit card we left at checked in, research bus routes and schedules, booked taxi. Etc. greatly appreciated his assistance and information. The hotel staffs are very courteous and provide excellent services. The spa is great, spacious, clean and orderly. We have a fantastic stay. ”

”We finished our honeymoon at this hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience. The staff was incredible and made our stay feel so special. We had a couples massage that felt like it shaved ten years off both therapists were fantastic. The thermal pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax. I would also highly recommend the chef’s table; it was a memorable dining experience.”

”Family-friendly, clean, quiet area with a traditional style accomodation. We had 5 people and loved our stay. 3 full bedrooms. 2/3 are downstairs and one bedroom is up steep stairs so be aware of that. Check in and out quick and easy. Has a full kitchen and plenty of seating throughout.The entryways are low, so just be careful of you are 5'9 (175 cm) or taller, youll have to duck a lot or hit your head.The area is great, just make sure to have access to cash, besides thw convinence stores...
