”Overall no complaints, easy sound and beach access. Love being able to see both from the incredible decks. The pool was perfect after an afternoon on the beach or a soak in the hot tub. Rooms are spacious, beds are cozy and shower pressure and temp was great. Ample parking and space out front. Beach toys and kayaks and everything included were great to have as well as access to the pickleball / tennis court. Only complaint was one of the beds in the bunk bed room was filled with potato chips on...

”This was our first time staying in Avon. This was a cozy room in a great location. The Avon Pier was right across the street. Coffee in the cafe was delicious and convenient. Dawn was accommodating and had great recommendations for area restaurants. We also enjoyed a clay class and made our own coffee mugs. What a great experience. ”
