”The location of this house is great; you are on a quiet street looking out at one of Edinburgh’s beautiful hills, but you’re within walking distance of everything you’d want to see in the city. The house itself provides everything you’ll need to be comfortable in a very cool-ly decorated space. Magnus is a great host, would absolutely stay here again.”

”I can't recommend this apartment more. There were 6 of us and it worked out perfectly. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the provisions needed. It's as cute as the pictures show. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet and dark, great for sleeping. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants we booked. We did ride the bus a couple times too. The bus stop was right outside the front door. Leo's Beanery was right next door. What a great...

”We really enjoyed our stay at Blairbell Cottage! It's a beautiful cottage and perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the games room with the games, table football and SNES. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The wi-fi is very fast and rock solid. The beds are really comfy in every room. The views from the front over the fields and moors is beautiful. We did walks around down to the lochs and around the estate, and spotted wildlife including red squirrels....

”It was a lovely cottage in a lovely location. I would have given it a 5 star but there was a couple of things that made it a 4 star rating. The postcode doesn’t take you to the location and it would have helped if there had been directions given to let you know that. I had to contact the seller to find out how I get in as well as directions when we got there. No hand towels were provided and there was 5 of us staying who all needed those for after washing our hair. Very bare minimum of things...

”What a pleasant surprise this find was! We were able to book three nights on relatively short notice. There were four of us visiting Scotland, with two playing golf at several of the local courses. It is very conveniently located near St. Andrews, as well as other little coastal towns. We stayed in The Pines, which was a lovely little house at the end of a road. The grounds were beautiful, and the house fit our every need. It was a perfect ending to a busy 10-day Scottish whirlwind tour.”

The property is barely a 2 minute walk from the beach, and very easy walk to the bus stop into Edinburgh City. Very clean and everything accommodated for.
