”This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”

They tried to charge me $250 for a chair that was supposedly damaged, even though it was already broken when I arrived. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they immediately blamed me and attempted to force an unfair charge. On top of that, the hotel claimed there was a “7-day stay policy” through Expedia, which is completely false and was never disclosed during booking. It felt dishonest and...

”DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Looks can be deceiving, I'll start off with that. The check in process was great and the staff was very nice at the start. I got my room and was about to get settled in but before I do anything I check the bed, I got pink eye once from a hotel bed so I always check it with a blacklight. I noticed some stuff on the bed and I asked to be moved. They were apologetic and moved me to a new room. Not trusting them at this point, I checked it and it was worse than the first. ...
