This beautifully appointed coastal beach house is perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat. The name says it all with a stunning outdoor living space that can be enjoyed all year round.



Enjoy your summer days relaxing in the shade on the beautiful outdoor deck with lounge, bbq, sink, sun chairs & outdoor dining setting. Alternatively, soak in the sun over winter and kick back of a night out the back by the fire pit.



No matter what time of year you will have a space to enjoy the beautiful scenery.



This home features 3 beautiful bedrooms accommodating 6 guests, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle Air Con to keep you cool on those hot summer days and toasty warm on the cold winter's nights, a grand outdoor entertaining area, a back yard fire pit, hot outdoor shower to come home and wash off the sand from your beach adventures, a wood-fired pizza oven for when you are feeling creative and high speed internet/wifi for when it's time to wind down. There is also a washing machine and dryer located in the garage plus a EV charger!

There is a range of farm animals including alpaca's, deer and sheep to keep the children entertained also.Nearby Cupitt's Winery in Ulladulla was also voted in the top 5 wineries in New South Wales.
