Constructed in 2021, The Lake Daze retreat is a 3BR, 2BA home that boasts an open concept floor plan with a touch of modern aesthetic. The barndo sits on 2 acres and has a massive yard for plenty of fun outdoor activities for the family. It also has two door garage, great for either entertaining or family gatherings. The location is only minutes from Self Creek Marina & Boat Ramp, Kirby Landing, Daisy State Park, 70 Landing Marina, Albert Pike and The Caddo.
The space:
The Lake Daze Retreat is 2400 square feet of usable space that will be fully available for use by our guests. The shop sits on 2 acres of land with beautiful scenery and has a very private location. The outdoor area includes a small fire pit, with seating and string lighting that makes for the perfect evening hangout.
The garage area is heated and cooled and makes a perfect space for entertaining large groups with its television and recliner couches. There is plenty of parking area for vehicle, boat, and atv storage during your stay on Lake Greeson. It includes an air hockey table and corn-hole set up.
Charcoal Grill is stored in the garage, any additional seating that’s needed.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet, and a full master bath with a walk in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a closet full of toys and books for kids. Bedroom # 3 has two full size beds. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo. Shampoo and soaps provided. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need, for cooking while the living room has two couches and small comfy chair. Fast Wi-Fi is available and Roku player. The Laundry room is available for guest use. Detergent provided and cleaning supplies.
A 10'x10' dog kennel is also available for quest to use
A fish cleaning station is provided for guest convenience.
