De loin l’un des meilleures hôtels de l’avenue ! ”

”Loved the pool, the staff were mostly friendly. Brilliant location you can see the pyramids from the restaurant which was perfect. Close enough to catch a taxi or tour but not too close so it’s super busy”

”The hotel was fine - not super clean, but the staff were very very friendly and accommodating and the room was quite large. The building was new, but not very well-built. You could hear every, single thing outside the room, especially street noise. Thankfully, it was on a quiet street. There was also a strong mould smell in the bathroom and the shower door didn’t close properly so the bathroom flooded whenever it was on. However, the biggest problem were the blue lights on the ceiling. There...

”I stayed for two nights. In the first night at 2am they started to drill the walls in the building, impossible to sleep. The drilling continued for about 30 minutes. In the second night they started the same at 10pm but luckily stopped after I called the reception. ”

”Reception staff has some great personnel (like Raouf, Omar & Yousef), while some others like Carla could use more training in customer service and professionalism. Housekeeping staff certainly need more training and tighter supervision over their basic work duties.”
