”Our extended family stayed here for my niece’s college graduation. We enjoyed the large yard and the beautiful park next door, even got to watch owls, rabbits, many types of birds. The trees blooming in the yard were beautiful! The house was well stocked for cooking our meals in and enjoying coffee. The house was large enough that the eight of us didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Communication was easy and open with our host. We felt safe in this location...

”The description "Modern, Cozy" is exactly right. The space is very warm and welcoming and, although very small, it is highly functional. I was there with my adult daughter and grandson (9) for my daughter's graduation from Bastyr. The hosts very thoughtfully created this apartment and didn't leave anything out. It worked very well for the 3 of us. Both beds were very comfortable (the sofa bed has a topper that makes all the difference) and the kitchen area worked just fine for our 5 night stay....

”This was such a nice place to stay! Excellent location, easy parking and check in, spotlessly clean, a nice size, and an excellent host. The location was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.Despite the excellent choices of restaurants nearby, I did eat breakfast at the VRBO each day, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with all I needed.Highly recommend!”

”We enjoyed our stay, the property is very nice. We also got to see the Kirkland area which is quaint and beautiful. We wish there were some instructions for the fireplace, which we couldn't get to work, but did not really have time to use, and the TV that took a long time to figure out. One other issue for one person was the noise from the 405 freeway. Specifically from the master room.The bathrooms were especially nice. The towels could be a bit thicker, and the hand towels should be included...

”We traveled to Seattle for ECNL Soccer Playoffs. i was warned that traffic in Seattle could be a bear, and encouraged to stay in Kirkland. We hit the jackpot with this house. Immediately upon booking, Muni was super responsive…answered any questions I had right away. House has been recently renovated with beautiful bathrooms, ample kitchen space, and a beautiful backyard to enjoy Seattle evenings. We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely return the next time we are in...
