”The room was dirty and the shower was gross. They obviously think if you have dogs you are okay with dirt. They charged me a lot for cleaning fee for 2 service dogs. They were rude when we ask for a refund on that money. They are not using the cleaning fee money to clean dog friendly rooms.. The outside shell of establishment was good. ”Dogwood Inn is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, Jim and Cindy made us feel genuinely welcome. Cindy’s breakfasts were absolutely outstanding—homemade, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. Jim was equally exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy taking care of their guests.
The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...
