”Possibly the friendliest and most attentive reception staff ever!! Especially Daniele the reception manager. So welcoming and nothing too much trouble We were recommended to stay in a room with balcony as largest room available. The beds is super king and seriously comfortable with really good quality beddings and soft fluffy large bath towels too. Spotlessly clean too We were warned about lack of wardrobe space but it’s the same in all the boutique hotels so I brought lots of packing bags...

”My stay was wonderful — and what made it so is first of all the staff. Couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful — first person I met was Or at the front desk, kindness and desire to help was the best! He took time to ask me about my Israel trip and chat. Jeremy, Bushra and Alice were also very kind. The location is excellent near the beach, near the supermarket on Ben Yehuda and coffee shops on Dizengof. The rate per night was great and the hotel decor is lovely. Highly recommend! ”
