Well the list is long! The agent was very attentive and replied positively right up to the time he needed to do something and then always had an excuse and only offer the promise it will better for the next guest! The ac system had an override in every room with no explanation how to use it! Clearly hiding one element behind furniture was clearly meant to prevent you using the A/C ! Then a kitchen with no toaster! Who fails to provide a toaster? Nobody not Evan the lowest property fails to offer a basic piece of equipment like a toaster! But no the agent refused to Evan borrow one from another property he had empty! He was just lazy and wouldn’t lift a finger to help! Then the villa was inundated with fertile cats! I thought the fly screen on the patio was for bugs but no it was a cat screen! 8 at one time reduced over the week as we didn’t feed them but every night and morning they relaxed on the patio furniture and awaited a feed! This property needs to be professionally managed! Last without least is that when you use the toilet the paper you use to wipe your back side can’t be flushed down the toilet! After a lifetime of world travel over 50 years this was the last straw! It should be shut down!!!!
