”Very handy location just opposite the railway station and bus stops. Very small, but practical cabin-like rooms. Fast wifi and friendly staff. Good value for money.”

”I enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right opposite Nagano station, and very close to the shopping and dining district. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No microwave available to heat your food, but there is a 7/11 close by for that. Bed was comfortable and a nice sized TV mounted at the base to watch shows. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Nagano.”

”The hotel is a located inside a converted house. Everything looks very traditional, complete with low ceilings, sliding doors, mat covered floors and futons. The dorm slept four, which I though was tight, but it seems to work well enough that I slept quite well both nights. My futon had two layers and although I like a firm mattress, I did think it was quite sore on my back the 1st night. Common areas include the kitchen, cafe and lounge. ”Hotel was located near the train station and it was easy to access. Check-in went smoothly as the staff were very kind and helpful. Room itself was small, but very tidy and neat. You'll also have access to hotel's own little Onsen and it was nice and relaxing. Hotel's buffet breakfast was good and had somewhat cozy feeling. Enjoyed my stay!”

”Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. ”
