This 2-bedroom lower-unit home in Kitchener offers a stylish and comfortable stay for up to 6 guests. Our lower-unit home consists of 2 bedrooms each equipped with a queen sized bed and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Our amenities are listed below in detail:

- 2 Queen Beds, 1 sofabed
- 50” Smart TV (equipped with Netflix and Prime Video)
- High Speed Wi-Fi
- Free Ensuite Washer and Dryer
- Free Parking for 1 vehicles and free street parking
- Fully equipped kitchen (including pots, pans, utensils set, dinnerware, and cutlery)
- Fully stocked bathroom (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh linens/towels)
- Keurig coffee machine along with complimentary tea & coffee
- Pets are allowed

Guest access
We provide a secure and seamless check-in process via a Number Pad using a code created specifically for you. Guests also have access to a full, private backyard perfect for activities with family, friends and pets!

Other things to note
1. No parties are permitted.
2. No unauthorized guests are permitted.
3. No smoking of any kind inside the home ($500 smoking fee in effect).
4. Check-In: 3:00PM & Check-Out: 10:00AM (Self check-in is available).
5. Government-issued ID required before booking is confirmed.
6. Public intoxication is not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.


If guests fail to checkout at 10am (unless otherwise agreed upon), charges for waiting time of housekeepers will be passed on to guests which is $50 after 11am.

Pets are allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. If discovered afterwards, the pet fee doubles. Pet cleaning fee applies.

Please note there are cameras on the exterior of the home facing away from the home actively recording 24/7. There is also a noise detector in the living room which determines how loud the home is based on decibel levels but does not record any audio.

Please note there are guests in the upper unit.

NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay.

We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances. Waiver Fee: A non-refundable of $35 per night is applied to your stay.
