A short walk to the beach from your home, Beach Bound is well-maintained and offers all the amenities needed to keep the entire family entertained throughout your stay, including a private pool, hot tub and rec room. With over 3,900 square feet of indoor living space, Beach Bound is ideal for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. The open-concept layout on the top level can accommodate the whole group and encourages quality time spent together. After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the comfortably furnished great room while watching your favorite show or the big game. At dinnertime, there's plenty of room for everyone to help with meal prep in the expansive kitchen. Two ovens and two dishwashers make cooking and clean-up for large groups a breeze. The primary bedroom is located on the top level, and a second ensuite is located on the mid-level. The four additional bedrooms are all generously sized, providing everyone with plenty of elbow room while still being under one roof.

Downstairs is where the real fun happens, because families that play together stay together! Go one-on-one and flex your skills on the ping pong table or two-player arcade-style basketball game. A table with seating for six can be used for card games, board games and puzzles. Comfortable sofas and a TV allow this room to also serve as a second living area or kid's hangout space. Outside, take a dip in the private pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub before enjoying a refreshing beverage at the tiki bar. Kids will love having their own outdoor play space with swings and a slide, right in the backyard.

Beach Bound is part of the Southern Shores Civic Association, so guests can take advantage of exclusive parking privileges at the nearby Hillcrest Drive beach access. The neighborhood Soundside Park features a half basketball court, soccer field and sound access. Launch your kayaks and SUP's and explore the marsh and abundant wildlife in the Currituck Sound. Other park amenities include a playground and boat ramp.
