Located in the exclusive Schooner Ridge Community, guests are sure to enjoy the oceanfront community pool with beach access, an outdoor pool beside the indoor facilities/clubhouse, and an indoor pool that is open year-round from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (off-season hours vary). Schooner Ridge also offers many other family-friendly amenities, including a playground, tennis courts, a game room with a pool table and air hockey, a fitness room, and more. You’re also just minutes from the beach, the sound, and the charming shops and restaurants of downtown Duck.

The top level of It’s About Time boasts a great room with vaulted ceilings and a comfortable living area with a sectional sofa, a TV, and a fireplace. The loft off the living area is the perfect spot to read a book, play a game, or get some work done at the desk. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with the option to take your meal outside to the screened-in porch for an al fresco experience. The well-equipped kitchen offers a pantry for extra storage, stainless steel appliances, and additional countertop seating for 3. A convenient powder room is also located on this level, as well as a cozy king en suite with deck access and a private bath with both a Jacuzzi tub and a stall shower.

On the mid level, you will find 3 more bedrooms, all with deck access, including another king en suite with a private bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a pyramid bunk bedroom. A full hall bath with a double vanity rounds out the mid level.

The ground level offers the final bedroom, a queen en suite with a private bath. A den with a sleeper sofa opens to the pool area through a sliding door and includes a handy extra refrigerator for keeping drinks and snacks within reach. An attached shared full hall bath adds to the ease and comfort of poolside days.

It's About Time is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $195 plus taxes for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking.
