Saltaire-mökit ovat joukko viehättäviä, osittain valtameren edessä sijaitsevia kiinteistöjä, jotka sijaitsevat Milepost 2. 5: ssä Kitty Hawkissa, NC: ssä. Tämä maamerkki on kutsunut perheet Outer Banksiin yli 50 vuoden ajan!

Tässä mökissä on 3 sisäänkäyntiä - yksi tärkeimmistä oleskelutiloista / keittiöistä ja 1 jokaiselle 2 päämakuuhuoneesta. Tämän ansiosta jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa oleskelevat vieraat pääsevät huoneeseensa ulkopuolelta joutumatta häiritsemään muita mökissä. On myös "lukitus" -toiminto, joka erottaa toisesta makuuhuoneesta haluttaessa.

Kun olet mökissä, voit nauttia rentoutumasta makuuhuoneessa, perhehuoneessa tai ulkona parvekkeella.

it was clean and the screened in porch was really nice. the only problem we had is the toilet was acting up and a door knob was acting up, but other than that it was a really lovely stay. if u want to cook while there, there’s no seasonings but all the equipment is there

We had such a wonderful stay at Saltaire Cottages! The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening chats, and being just steps away from the private beach access made every day easy and enjoyable. The pool was well-kept and such a nice bonus. The cottage felt welcoming and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout. Communication with the hosts was prompt and professional, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We highly recommend Saltaire Cottages 3 to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great beach access

We picked Saltaire because we were able to book a Tues-Saturday. Easy access to the beach right near a lifeguard stand. Rooms were clean and updated but you can tell this is an older facility. The ac units were super loud and not very efficient. The floors were weirdly uneven and The whole place had kind of a mildew smell and the screen porch was a bit questionable. There’s a bar directly beside the unit..BUT they were quiet by 9pm mostly. (Honestly, the A/Cs are so loud you couldn’t hear outside noise anyway). Office staff and maintenance were VERY nice and helpful. Pool was ok. Kitchen area was decently stocked with utensils and cook ware.

Close to the beach

Older complex, pretty well maintained. A/C in every room, and they all worked. Bathrooms small but clean. Parking is convenient, and very short walk to the beach. Art's Place next door was a nice, casual bar and grill.

If you are looking for the quintessential beach experience this will check the box. Cottage 3B is cute inside, clean and comfortable. The outside needs some updating and repair, but nothing that will deter from your fun at the beach. Beds are comfy, bedding clean, kitchenware provided was clean and in good condition. Porch is great. Pool is a good attribute. Easy and safe beach access. 2 minutes from cottage to surf. Each room has a tv with separate cable access. Great burger/bar/breakfast place 2 doors down. Staff very friendly. Great for kids.

Closest we have ever been to the beach!

Our family loved the Cottage and would book again. We could not believe how close it was to the Ocean and that it had a nice pool too. We enjoyed the screened in porch (you could hear the waves) because we had a few rainy days and our teenagers having their own bathroom was wonderful. We were even able to watch the second season of OBX . The location and care pack were wonderful to help us start enjoying the week right away. Loved the White soft bathtowels too! Thanks so much! See you soon.

Great Week at Saltaire

We loved the location of this unit- literally just cross the street to get to the beach! Great location to walk to some restaurants. It was very clean and felt welcoming. AC units worked great though we did trip a fuse when we used the hairdryer. It would have been tight to have 6 people for a week. There's only kitchen table seating for 4 and couch seating for 4. We had 4 and wished the family area was a little larger, but we got by. Limited kitchen but worked for our purposes. The pool was a great asset but needed some TLC- needs paint and tile repair desperately. Make sure to note that you either walk through the bedroom with the 2 queens to get to the king or you use outside entrance/exit. It wasn't a problem for us but depending on who you travel with it could be.

Really enjoyed our stay. My son and I went down to get beach time and spend time together . Has a great time . Staff was phenomenal! And found a place to eat whenever I am down Arts Bar and Grill phenomenal

Great location, okay accommodations

Layout was strange - had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other and the middle bedroom clearly wasn’t built as a bedroom (no nightstands, no outlets). Beds were very cheap and thin in the middle bedroom. Overall the house was fine but wasn’t super clean and could definitely use updating. Location right across from the beach was the biggest plus about this place.

Incredible location, great layout and amazing value

We just returned from spending a week at this location. Our family had an amazing time, the property was exactly what it said it would be and to be honest we were so pleasantly surprised that we will definitely be coming back. Below are some pros and because there aren’t a lot of cons, here couple considerations for the management: Pros - location, door-to-door to the beach is about three minutes and very easy. There is a street you have to cross so you don’t want your kids running across without you present. And because the public access isn’t at the same spot the beach is relatively yours. - The two bedroom unit was well appointed, small kitchen but manageable small living room but again manageable two bedrooms one with king size bed and one with two full-size were great for the kids. Each had a door to the outside and each has its own bathroom. Nothing fancy but it felt fairly new versus other places we’ve stayed. The unit also came with a screened in porch which was amazing at night. - The pool was the perfect size for the number of people staying at the place, with a shallow and deep side it provided a lot of entertainment. They have tons of chairs and umbrellas for sunshade. - this place is located pretty close to a bunch of restaurants and right off after the bridge which made getting there incredibly easy if you know anything about OBX traffic. - The place is clean and safe, and all the beds were pretty comfortable to sleep in. We are lucky enough to have a family staying above us so there wasn’t any type of loud partying. The second night I think there was some people hanging out late but again it wasn’t loud and it didn’t bother us. - The welcome bag was super helpful to get you through the first day or even the second day, things like that seem small but are super helpful to a family who may have traveled pretty far to get to your location and forgot something. Things to consider: - installing a fan in the screened in porch - more towel hooks in the bathrooms - ceiling fan in kitchen, when you’re cooking the place smelled pretty bad and there wasn’t a good way to vent out the room - more clothes pins, it was awesome to have an outdoor drying area but I could never find enough clothes pins. we absolutely loved the place, it had a retro feel to it which made me think of the easier days at the beach. There wasn’t a lot of rules and regulations, no 50 page welcome book to read, just an easy beachside spot.

The property is clean but has a musty odor. Check in process is very effecient. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of very noisy guests above us. Despite a no pet policy a large dog was traveling with the party staying in the unit above ours and disrupted our sleep so we checked out and found alternate accomodations. We reached out to Daniel, the host, explaining our disappointment and inconvenience and have not received the courtesy of a reply. We would not recomend the Saltaire based on our experience.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful time at Saltaire! Location is very convenient with access to the beach right across the street. Ample parking. Very clean and comfortable place. Pool was an added bonus that the kids enjoyed a lot! Would definitely recommend!!
