Serenity Shores: 125ft. to Beach | Private Pool

Located just two lots back from the ocean, Serenity Shores is a well-maintained home with ocean views, a variety of amenities and a short walk to the beach. The classic Saltbox design features an open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings and LVP flooring. The chef in the family will appreciate the spacious well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and 2-bin air fryer. You'll have plenty of space for outdoor living too, with a screened porch and two levels of sun decks on the east side of the house for watching the sunrise, enjoying the ocean breeze, and stargazing. Serenity Shores features five bedrooms, four of which have ensuite baths to provide family and friends plenty of privacy. Pets are welcome, so even your furry companions can accompany you!

Downstairs, the recreation area will provide hours of indoor entertainment and friendly competition with a pool table, foosball table, and arcade games console. There's also a dedicated theater room where you can host movie night, watch the big game or catch up on your favorite show. Outside, take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways. There's also a basketball hoop and a pickleball court in the driveway with paddles and a portable net. Upstairs is a den for quiet relaxation while snuggling up with a book. A collection of fiction and non-fiction books are provided. For 2026, the pool area is enhanced with new furniture as well as a shade umbrella and table. Also, new furniture is provided in the screened room porch.

Getting to the beach is hassle-free using the 4th Avenue beach access less than 125 feet from the house. Load up the provided beach cart to easily transport all of your gear, toys and snacks. Serenity Shores is a member of the Southern Shores Civic Association, which provides exclusive parking privileges at the nearby Hillcrest Drive beach access (two parking passes provided) as well as use of the association’s tennis and pickleball courts. The association's Soundside park is the perfect place for kids and dogs to get some outdoor playtime. Launch your kayaks and SUP's and explore the marsh and abundant wildlife in the Currituck Sound. Other park amenities include a tennis/pickleball court, playground and boat ramp.

Serenity Shores is conveniently located on the northern end of Southern Shores, so you'll be just minutes from the heart of Duck Village. Bring your bikes and ride the multi-use path from 4th Avenue to a variety of shopping, dining and activities. The Town of Duck Amphitheater holds numerous outdoor events and activities throughout the year. There's also a public park complete with a soundside boardwalk that takes you on a delightful stroll along the water to a variety of boutiques and restaurants, and catching the sunset.
