The Space:

Salty Soul combines an amazing location with a cozy and comfortable experience. We worked to preserve the charm- a galley kitchen with bright windows and a screened in porch designed vintage style- but made it functional by upgrading the space with 4 King Masters, 3-1/2 brand new bathrooms, 2 existing bathrooms fully renovated and a poolside experience that was designed with intention.



The upper level includes living area, dining area (and yes, as always there will be seating for all guests), and 2 bedrooms plus rec room and 2 full baths. The screened in porch has direct access via sliders from the living room.



The lower level is where it is at! The rec room includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, pool table, sofa and seating, 65′ TV, bar area access to pool via sliders. Best part? 3 KING MASTERS with private baths. A half bath for rec space. Functional, full of entertainment and living space and plenty of room to keep everyone sane!



Top level:

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



Pets are welcome! Bring 1 dog for free. If bringing more than one dog, please message us about the applicable fee.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The town of Duck is a popular Outer Banks destination for its wide, uncrowded beaches and soundfront boardwalk! Nature trails, shops, and restaurants make for a pleasant and friendly town, perfect for a relaxing OBX vacation.



Getting Around:

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
