”The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us. ”

”Very nicely located, slightly elevated above Jochberg which provided great views in all directions. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. We will be returning to this fine establishment!”

”I booked one night for Alpenhof hotel with half-board. The room was spacious and clean. However, the service level was quite interesting at times. The manager of the shift for example came and told me and my friend that we shouldn't take care of anything in the reception with bath-robes on, while we were on our way downstairs to the spa section, and she told it in a less friendly way. Didn't make us feel that welcome, especially considering it is a spa hotel. Have stayed in bathrobes at a lot...

"Majoituimme uudella puolella ja kaikki oli viimeisen päälle. Hieno kph ja sänky loistava. Palvelusta ei löydy yhtään miinusta. Huippu henkilökunta. Valet parking toimi paremmin kuin odotimme, matkatavarat oli pakattu autoon ja auto odotti valmiina ulkona. Hotellin shuttle Kitziin toimi myös kesällä. Aamupala oli erittäin laadukas. "

"Horrible bed. Haven't slept in such a bad bed since I was in the army. The thin curtains let morning sun in, waking me up involuntary at 6am every day. They had no front desk staff in the evening. Not a 4 star feature... There weren't also any stores open in the whole village after 6pm. Couldn't get even a chocolate bar after that. This village clearly doesn't want any visitors. "
