”How can you expect kids or customers to sleep on bloody sheets with urine and blood on mattresses and not refund our money when we immediately left after checking in. ”The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side.”
