”First time staying here. It was very nice and reasonably comfortable. Never met any staff which was a first for me but access was fine. The bed was a very soft; too soft for my liking but I slept fine thankfully. The fireplace in the room was great and the bathroom and shower were perfect. Parking was a bit challenging at times but thankfully it worked out. One of the spots was taken up by a truck that was being worked on which made an already challenging situation for parking more so. The friendly staff at the front desk got me checked in right away and up to my room. The room was very clean and had a great mountain view. Was able to get a good night's sleep and had a delicious breakfast at their restaurant. Front desk staff were able to get me checked out quickly and on my way....

”We had a fun stay at this accommodation. It was a perfect location to be in, close to downtown, amenities, Hwy 1 going to west or Banff. Kids and family had a fun time playing in the set up of the basement, with the games and rooms were decent size and clean. Host was easy to communicate with and all was ready when you check in. A+++”

”Room condition was terrible. Bathroom sink would take forever to drain and shower head leaked so bad that the shower pressure was almost non-existent. Even after reporting it, nothing was done to resolve the issue. One of the elevators was not operational and hot tub was dirty.”
