"Nice hotel in a great location, but our room was uncomfortably cold and heating wasn't available in summer due to seasonal settings, despite the website saying rooms have both heating and cooling. Hotel was really quiet, didn't hear anything from the street or other rooms. Staff were mostly helpful, but we also met quite rude and arrogant customer service, which left a very bad impression. Overall ok experience."
