”Hot tub, clean room, and helpful staff. The coffee maker needs to be replaced or at the very least thoroughly cleaned with a vinegar based solution. Not having coffee was tough but we managed. The land and space is truly special and I finished two books. Will be back!”

”#26 Loved the jacuzzi and real wood fireplace. The pool table in the basement was a bonus. Staff were all very nice. The fountains were useful to drown out the freeway and other noise. Breakfast was pretty good -look for the 1/2 servings of frittata. A bit dated and raggedy but cozy like visiting your favorite grandparents. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough but we would stay again! Location was so convenient.”

”The room I was in the floor was dirty and the stuff very unprofessional. The towels were dirty the good thing I had brought my own things like towels blankets pillows I didn't even get into the underneath the sheets because I didn't feel safe to do so. I was a single traveler just went out there for Mount Shasta experience. Next time I will get a Hotel on one of the resorts but those are expensive too”

”The Help Desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and with answering questions about “missing” knife from knife set and instructions for TV. The room was clean overall with new utensils for the kitchen and blackout curtains. However, the lack of sufficient indoor lighting made the place feel like a cave even on sunny days. One concern was the number of flying insects hidden in the front curtains and one on one of the beds. When we killed it, it seemed bloated with what looked like...

”We were put in a dingy basement room that smelled musty. No desk or counter space to work, no towel rack for bath towel, broken knob for light in the bathroom. The breakfast was decent as far as motel breakfasts go. The front desk guy was very helpful with special requests.”

”Indoor pool was supposed to be heated and was not. Continental breakfast was nothing special. Property was pretty rundown. Room key kept demagnetizing, heard someone say oh that happens all the time. * * room was very dirty. Dog hair on the floor as well as in the tub and on the chair.. took a handful dog hair to the front desk and they were nice enough to want to move us to a better room.. while at the front desk, some other lady came up and said her room was dirty. 😞”

”Parking and check in was easy. Desk staff was nice and efficient. This is a very economical place to stay and it looks like it, but I haven't had any problems with security, drama, or noise outside. This is a good place to stay for the money. It is hard to give it 5 stars it doesn't really look like they are trying for that, but we've stayed their twice and I'd be very comfortable choosing them again. I do recommend if you are on a budget.”
