”I enjoyed my stay! I think the rooms could use a freshening up..touch up paint (lots of dings in the walls), updated curtains a d bed linens. It would be easy to make a few minir changes to elevate guest experience, like adding a 4th pillow to each bed and looking into nice ways to make the beds, having a coffee station in the room set up (not in the bathroom), folding bath towels nicely. ”The hotel was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The laundry was a much needed help after a few unexpected mishaps on our drive! The breakfast was basic but good. The beds were not comfortable and only two pillows per bed. Otherwise it was just what we needed on our trip up the coast! Lots of food options around the hotel. ”

”Bed was nice and the room in overall. Motel Wi-Fi was poor and I couldn’t get online with my iPad. I had my dog with me and he was charged 10$/night. Only dogs under 20 lbs were allowed to stay with their owners. Breakfast was a pick up coffee and chocolate muffin from the lobby. That was a nice bonus on these times. ”

”This is not your local Holiday Inn, but it does the task at hand. If you are looking for a safe place to lay your head, take a shower, and other facilities this is just the place. Initial check-in was brief and polite. Our room was freshly prepped for us and perfect for what we needed. Quick overnight stay to shower and use running facilities. ”

”There was a problem with my Expedia reservation confirmation number when I tried to check in, but after 30 mins. and a call to Expedia, we got into our room and had a great stay. The location is directly across from the harbor and a great restaurant for fish and chips. The complimentary breakfast is nice. Gotta love Belgian waffles!”

”Aneka couldn’t be a better host. The loft had one bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen, which came with farm fresh eggs! The hens that laid them were right outside the window. We brought our pups who enjoyed the yard when the chickens were in their coop. The house is minutes away from the beach and redwoods. We very much enjoyed our stay, it was quite relaxing!”

”Just a couple of suggestions... it was challenging to make a simple pasta dinner as there wasn't a colander and no oven mitts that I could find. Not very many dishes, including no wine glasses that I could find. The bathroom door unlatches and opens from the draft of the front door being opened.”

”This was a great home base, walkable to the Harbour with lots of amenities. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic. The bedroom is right above 101 and you hear braking and accelerating cars all night long. The owner does everything he can to minimise the noise with earplugs and a white noise machine, but we weren’t able to sleep much. If noise doesn’t bother you, this is a great find, definitely worth the price.”
