âWhat a unique and interesting property with an amazing Staff. One Person in particular, I believe her name was Leonia, went over and above to help us in any way possible . She was extremely caring and even made us food baskets for our early morning flight as we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. We stayed in the tower and had amazing mountains and lake view. âWe had a long drive behind us when arriving to this hotel around 22:00 in a Sunday evening. We knew it beforehand and called to the hotel so that the late check-in could be arranged. Everything went smoothly and we got our keycards from the restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant staff was also overly nice as we got late night snacks for a fee from the restaurant just before they closed.

âLovely hotel just few minute walk to the lake and restaurants. The room was big and the beds were good enough. The check-in process was easy but we faced issues with checkout. Had to contact Expedia. They couldnât help us. Called the number printed next to the machine and after few trials were able to check out over the phone. â
