The owner has furnished a cosy holiday flat in her detached house on the upper floor. The large eat-in kitchen is equipped with all amenities and offers enough space for all guests. A luxurious feature of this holiday flat is that all three bedrooms have their own shower, washbasin and toilet as well as a TV. Ideal for a large family, but also for three couples who value their privacy.

A breathtaking landscape, fresh mountain air and family friendliness are top priorities in the village of Kleinarl. You can reach the Salzburger Sportwelt ski area on foot (on the other side of the road), the valley station is just 100 metres away. The ski area is one of the many access points to the comprehensive Ski Amadé, the largest ski area in Austria. One ski pass gives you access to several top ski areas! (Flachau, Hochkönig, Goldegg, Schladming, Wagrain, Filzmoos)

There are numerous hiking trails with wonderful views over the fascinating mountain world. Let yourself be spoilt here in the mountain huts with cheerful music and delicious local cuisine. The ski lifts are also in operation here in summer, so you can easily reach the mountains in summer too.
