However the above guests had multiple children and it sounded like a herd of horses starting at 6 am, called the front desk to ask them to call the people above but they wouldn’t answer, the people continued and constantly opened and...

”Breakfast was always stocked. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. The shower water was very hot which I love.”

”What a gem in the heart of downtown The Dalles! Our room was spacious, quiet, exceptionally clean, a super comfy bed and had a stunning black and white tiled shower. Very cool! Although the hotel was finishing a big remodel, it did not disrupt our stay in any way. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I would rebook here in a heartbeat!”

Tried to cancel and both Expedia and Best Western said I could NOT cancel, despite the “booking” being 1 minute old. Did not get to use the room, but was charged for it. Terrible customer service by both businesses. Total nonsense!”
