Apartment 'Tüchsen' with Shared Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

In the heart of Klixbüll, a green village full of warmth and energy, our small apartment has a separate entrance and a shower room on the first floor. A small staircase leads to the second floor.

Here you will find a well-equipped kitchenette (separate microwave with integrated oven function) and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Two cosy armchairs with footstools are perfect for winding down with a good book.

The separate bedroom has a double bed; a chair bed can be used as an extra bed on request.

An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee, and parking is available on site.



Set in a separate building, our apartment is centrally located between the climatic health resorts of Niebüll and Leck, offering a relaxing retreat.

It spans two floors. You are welcome to use the courtyard with a partly covered terrace and the garden with a hooded beach chair and outdoor furniture. The surrounding area and extensive cycle path network are ideal for exploring the North Frisian countryside. You can store your bicycles in a lockable room. Klixbüll's heated outdoor pool is open for swimming from May to September.

Leck, around 5 km away, offers shops, restaurants and an indoor pool with a sauna complex.



Niebüll is also around 5 km away. From there, regular passenger trains run to the beautiful island of Sylt, a must-see destination. There are also plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining out and museum visits. Popular day trips include Denmark (Tønder) and the North Sea coast, with connections to Föhr and Amrum (15 km).
