”The apartment was comfortable, clean, tidy and convenient for access to the racecourse or for access to York by car. It’s about a half hour walk to the city centre. There's a local bakery and convenience store nearby and we found on street parking for one car. In the first floor apartment, There’s a small kitchen with a full cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge and washer dryer. The dining table only seats four so you may need to also sit on a bed. The beds are comfortable with bedding and towels...

”Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp ”

”Nice clean bedsit-type flat with everything we needed for a two night stay. Not too far from the Brudenell, which was the reason for our trip. Bed was comfy, shower cubicle probably wouldn’t be big enough to contain the larger guest but was fine for us. Communication with Zack was excellent. Not sure what the previous guests were like but there were a LOT of air fresheners around the flat! Smelled fine to us but we did move most of them into the bathroom to stop the competing scents being...
