”Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff!!!!! Omg! We didn't meet a single person who wasn't lovely. From the valet, to the front desk, to the janitorial staff to the bar and grille, to random employees. Every single employee we encountered was top-notch. It was a breathe of fresh air, to be honest.
The rooms were clean. The water pressure was so good on the 7th floor, it was hot within seconds. They had a wedding and an anniversary party there too, and every facet ran SO SMOOTHLY!

”It was suppose to be a room with 2 queen size beds and it was only one as far as I could tell. No ice buckets to get ice but did call and someone from the kitchen brought a couple glasses of ice to the elevator for us. So they were trying to be accommodating. ”Had no elevator and we didn’t notice that when we booked it even though it was on their site. Also, the bed was lumpy and the bathroom was too small…I had to stand, stooped over, between the sink and toilet in order to close the bathroom door. Also, the door had swollen and was very hard to shut. The hotel kept all but the front door locked after 8:00pm and the lighting from the parking lot to the front door was very dim and had dark places that we had to pass by in order to get to the front...
