”Okay the property is very expensive for the price that I paid. So definitely no go and will not suggest this to anyone. Additionally, the host is very polite on the face of it, but is really unfair when it comes to the problem solving. Like literally, the bathroom knob was broken and the host is like IDC if someone come into the bathroom while you poop.”

”We had some trouble getting in as the code for the lower door was listed as one thing and then after awhile we were told the correct code. The house is nice and pretty inside. The problem was that we didn’t have hot water the first night and Saturday morning. The repair came in the morning and said that it had been turned off due to cold weather weeks before our visit. The host was kind to work out an agreement with the home owner to make it right. I’m ”

”The outdoor areas were just as described nice hot tub and game area was enjoyed by all. The pond was quite a distance and we never found the tennis courts and community pool until the last day of our stay we learned it was located in the neighborhoods to each side of the one the house is in. The beach is more like a 30 min walk thru unfamiliar communities, with no signage or directions along the way. The house itself appears to be a fixer upper with a poor paint job in several of the rooms...

”This property was easy to find, spacious, and comfortable. It offers easy access to several local restaurants, grocery stores, and fuel. It is about 30 minutes drive from VA Beach or Norfolk. Our host, Eric, was responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable for all 5 of us, and we loved having coffee on the screened in porch. It is worth noting, though not as a complaint, that the drive way is very steep and our hitch mount hit while trying to back in so for the rest of the stay we...

”We had a fantastic stay at this updated, clean home in Corolla! The host was incredibly helpful with excellent communication throughout our trip. The house was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed, and the short walk or drive with quick access to the beach made our days effortless. A few minor cosmetic issues were present, but they are easily fixed and didn't impact our stay in the slightest. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!”
