”The hotel was updated and clean, but our water actually shut off in the middle of taking a shower. When the front desk was contacted, they claimed it was because everyone was showering at once and to be patient. Just to clarify, the water pressure wasn’t poor. There was literally no water coming out of the shower head.”

”Building and location was very good, room very comfortable, unfortunately breakfast was not great, we had breakfast around 8:00 AM, and both eggs and bacon or sausage was cold. Overall our stay was good”

”Requested in room coffee so didn’t have to go downstairs to other end of the hotel first thing to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very accommodating. They brought up a small coffee machine and two packets each of regular and decaf coffee.
However, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room until after I showered, so I had to go to the front desk since there are no in room phones and my text was not responded to. The hairdryers are kept in a small cabinet across from the...

”Great customer service some of the building is a bit dirty and the breakfast was great as well but the room wasn’t the best either the bathroom door was broken and the charger sports were broken etc overall a good stay oh and they tried to charge my card 3X times after the stay beware”
