Kocaeli: Matkat

Overall, we had a pleasant stay :) The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful, always doing their best to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. However, I believe the cleanliness and maintenance could be improved, especially in the bathrooms, considering the hotel’s 5-star rating. The location is also quite inconvenient, as walking to nearby places can be difficult due to the road conditions. Despite these points, I truly appreciate the staff’s hospitality and would happily recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Carina Gold Hotel in Istanbul. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and offered a good selection of local specialties, which were enjoyable. The main area for improvement was the maintenance of the rooms. While everything was generally clean and presentable, closer inspection revealed some small issues: for example, parts of the shower fixtures were loose, hand soap was missing, and there were a few similar details that suggested the maintenance level was not quite where you would expect it to be for a four-star hotel. That said, these were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, we found the hotel comfortable, pleasant and the location within a good distance to sights.

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti.
