”We truly enjoyed our stay at the Catch. Stephen is a terrific host and a really nice guy. Both the views from the house and location are fantastic to see and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Kodiak Island. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it was difficult for me to figure out how to unlock the door after entering the code. Thankfully i had someone in my group who could and Kodiak is safe enough that we left the door unlocked most of the time we were there ”

”Beautiful place to stay! Right on the main channel into Kodiak harbor. The kids watched boats and sea planes for a long time. The house is very nice inside too. Great fluffy carpet. Very clean. We used 5 bedrooms for our 3 generation stay.”

”Another beautiful property with views and easy access to float plane launch, stores (Safeway & Walmart), and "downtown" which on Kodiak Island is very quaint House is about one mile from harbor, where there is a minimal, brewery, Nuniaq (breakfast/lunch), Henry's, Aquamarine restaurant (side-by-side), bank, info center, all near harbor and easy walking distance. ”Well, I almost dont want to do a great review to keep the GEM of a house off the radar. The only thing this house lack is Reviews! Best stocked kitchen ever, every spice, cooking and baking gadget you can image...mixers, blenders etc. I used to run 5 of these and this place rivalled my best home for kitchen items. Sitting on the front porch Grilling and have a cocktail, is perfect. Road in front has limited traffic and sunrise and sunset views are nice. Every bedroom has a TV and the...

”The home is perfect fort family and friends. Clean and comfortable. It is in a quit location . The Host is great! The Island is beautiful and has plenty to see and do. I will be back for a longer stay next year. very friendly community. Just remember the speed limit is 20 mph in town.”
