”From the outside, the hotel looks very dubious, and cheking in during evening required to get the key from a Japanese restaurant around the corner operated by the same people. However on the inside the rooms were modern, clean, and in good condition. Personnel was friendly and very accommodating. Good price-quality ratio once you get past the exterior/entryway. One minus was lack of ability to iron clothes in the room.”

”wifi didnt work”

Sijainti Bonnin vanhan kaupungin ytimessä on ihanteellinen.”

”Close to public transportation.”

”Negative review of a hotel where I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room. They didn’t seem to mind that four people were expected to sleep in one bed. We paid 250 euros, which is completely overpriced for what this hotel...

”Kiitos ”

”The fact that random strangers are allowed access to the room without a key is extremely concerning. The hostel staff's explanation: that the person only comes once a year, is a weak excuse that only highlights how inadequate their safety and security measures are.”

”Saimme hotellin surkeimman huoneen!
