”I can only rate this hotel a 10 of a 10. The property is immaculate and located in the heart of downtown Buffalo minutes walk to great bars and restaurants. The hotel offers complementary transportation for free to any restaurant you would like to go which was great.

”Nice historic house with comfortable common rooms and a great location, close to downtown restaurants and a Walgreens open 24 hours. But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. ”

”It was a nice hotel but the hot springs was closed. That was the entire reason for our visit. It was closed three days before our arrival I feel like we should have been notified by Expedia or the hotel since it was a planned closure. Disappointed in the response from the hotel and Expedia. I wouldn’t reccomend this hotel.”

”HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS...
