”There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve ”

”This place would not be to everyone's taste. It is not a regular corporate-type hotel and it looks a bit sketchy from the outside. A neighboring building is boarded up. The upstairs is a maze of tiny rooms. Shower down the hall. But the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an interesting neighborhood one block from busy Delaware Ave and set among wonderful old mansions. My room was tiny but comfortable and quiet. If I return to Buffalo I will certainly stay here again.”

”Rooms are very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Have free breakfast from 7am to 10am and a wide selection. Couldn't ask for a better stay.”

”My family and I stayed at this hotel for my graduation. I suggest the rooms should have more safety features on the room doors. The door on the inside has no physical lock expect for the chain. The door has no peep hole so you can see who is on the other side of the door. The vents in the bathroom should be cleaned or covered they drop very gross things as one is showering. I think if you added like a breakfast that be cool. I love how they still have the phone booth and the hotel is close...

”This hotel is pretty good. Room was clean, if uninspiring. Staff were friendly and quick. For the price it would be nice to have waters, coffee in the morning, and breakfast included. Nickel and diming us for water and coffee is nuts.”

”All the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, maids, restaurant server). We loved the free coffee and tea every morning in the lobby area and the free covered parking. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to all the cute shops and cafes in the historic village of Williamsville.”

”This historic property is filled with art deco touches. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, soft towels. We were disappointed that there is no on site food option, particularly for breakfast.”
