”Just Amazing, it was the perfect environment to unwind and relax after a busy couple of weeks. I ended my vacation to Sri Lanka at the Fortress and I loved it. The staff service was exceptional, food was so delicious, I wish I had more room to enjoy more of it!! I can’t wait to come back with my family and friends. Thank you for your hospitality. ”

”Hotel seems to be too old. However, you can still enjoy the atmosphere as well as the nice large swimming pool. If you're likely to have a good service don't go there because there is no service at all. Even from start, no welcome, no smile, no restaurant service nothing. Just a ghost hotel as we feel. Staff must be letting down the hotel. Probably, the lack of training.”

”Hotelli sijaitsee hienon hiekkarannan vierellä. 6.12.2014 oli buddhalaisten täydenkuun juhla, perahera. Hotellissa oli illalla aikamoinen meteli, rumpujen soitto kaikui myöhään yöhön. Baarista ei myydä alkoholia juhlapäivänä.”

”We came as a family of 9 people and found the villa to be unclean and not as described! There were no tv screens in the bedrooms, rooms were smelly and showers did not always work. We had to ask for the water to be pumped through! Air conditioning was sporadic in the bedrooms and the kitchen area was inadequately equipped, old stuff that was broken! The manager did replace the kettle and toaster and took away the dangerous looking microwave. There were not enough outside chairs for all of us or...

”Request a refund ASAP. I did not stay at this property because they were already booked to other guests at the time of my arrival and the person who owns this is denying me a refund. I ended up having to search for a new property after landing in Sri Lanka. Expedia please help me with my refund. Please get in touch with the proprietor and assist with my refund.”
