Rentoon aurinkolomaan sopiva hotelli.
Hyvä hotelli aivan rannan tuntumassa, iso uima-allas, allasbaari ja ravintola ihan vieressä. Toimiva konsepti niin aikuisille kuin lapsiperheillekin. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Etukäteen tilattu kuljetus lentokentältä toimi hienosti. Lähistollä muitakin ravintoloita ja palveluja. Aurinkovarjoja ja tuoleja ei aina riittänyt halukkaille. Osassa huoneista näkymä joutomaalle ja pensasaitaan, parhaissa huoneissa näkymä altaalle ja osin merelle. Ulkoa ei kuulunut mitään huoneeseen, ainoastaan käytävältä satunnaisesti.

Perfect place to relax
Stayd in OZO for ten days with our baby and it was just perfect! We had beach villa and it worked well with the baby: while she was sleeping inside we could enjoy sun at our own yard, having lunch there etc. Room is pretty small but it was fine for us. It's clean, new and modern. Not any thai-style though. 10 minutes walk to big shopping mall with good big supermarket.

Suosittelen hotellia lämpimästi
Aivan ihana hotelli ja uima-allasalue. Mukavaa myös, ettö hotelli sijaitsee aivan rannalla. Hotelli keskeisellä, mutta silti rauhallisella paikalla. Ainoa miinus huoneen pieni koko ja säilytystilojen puute.

Nice, clean and calm Hotel with great location
Nice place with good service. Clean and quite quiet place. No big bars right nearby so during the evenings calm with some background music. Still only few minutes walk by the beach to all restaurants and bars at the beach. Breakfast and services at the pool were good. Room was very clean and nice but there wasn't enough room for clothes and other personal belongings. We had to keep most of our stuff in our suitcases. When we go back to Samui we definitely consider this hotel.

Le personnel est très professionnel Execellent accueil . C’est la 2eme fois qu’on séjourne à cet hôtel 3 points à améliorer 1) moins de choix au petit déjeuner Je regrette de ne pas avoir plus de pâtisseries locales comme l’année dernière Pas assez de places assises dans la salle. 2) pas assez de transat pour les clients 3) problème d’air cond. dans une des chambre qui met plusieurs jours à résoudre alors que c’était un problème de réglage.

The rooms was really nice. Very close to the beach and pool. I could walk along the beach back to the hotel no problems. The service around the pool was very good with staff looking after you with drinks and food.

A very good hotel in a prime location on Chaweng beach. Top service, great quality of drinks and food. Very clean room. Restaurants and supermarkets as well as the party mile are easily accessible on foot.

Hotel was over het algemeen schoon en prachtig. Strand ligt direct aan het hotel. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt hele lieve mensen! Bij klachten staan ze meteen voor je klaar om het probleem op te lossen. Ook de luchthaven shuttle is heel snel en goed geregeld. Veel eetgelegenheden en massages in de buurt, allemaal op loopafstand. Persoonlijk zien wij dit hotel eerder als een drie sterren hotel in plaats van een vier sterren. Vergeleken met andere vier sterren hotels missen wij toch het een en ander in dit hotel en vonden wij de kamers te klein. Er waren bijvoorbeeld geen slippers en tandenborstels op de kamer aanwezig. Ook waren er geen veganistische opties bij het ontbijt. Wel als je het de avond van tevoren boekte maar dat was niet zo duidelijk. En dan nog krijg je bij zo'n bestelling 1 gerecht en kan je daarna bijna niets meer van het normale buffet eten. Van een vier sterren hotel verwacht ik dat ze hier standaard rekening mee houden. Ook waren de kastjes in de badkamer niet heel schoon (gele vlekken) en onze televisie werkte tijdens ons verblijf niet. Het personeel heeft wel geprobeerd de televisie te repareren maar dit is niet gelukt. De volgende dag zou weer iemand komen kijken maar die is helaas niet meer komen opdagen. Tot slot gebruikte de housekeeping een bepaalde spray tijdens het schoonmaken. Dit had een veel te sterke geur waardoor de kamer heel sterk rook wat onaangenaam was. Al met al was het prima met een aantal mankementen.

My issue with the resort and reason for 3 stars is because there was no consideration given for my Expedia status on the room upgrade or property amenity. I politely asked 2x but ultimately gave up. Overall great stay and value to spend. I do recommend this place. I Enjoyed the breakfast and beach bar dining & drink options. Beach right outside resort is very nice, but near the umbrellas and seating the sand is littered but that is expected considering the amount of foot traffic. The street is very walkable with plenty of dining options and away from the main strip and busiest areas but very easily walkable.

Best pillows ever. The constant music around the pool and beach area was a bit annoying. The pool needs more shade options. The papaya salad chicken satay was delicious.

Where can I begin? First of all the location and beachfront access were amazing. The staff went way out and beyond a D-defined VIP service. The front person I Don't recall his name (blond hair) made our stay very special . They also sent my daughter a personal cake to her room for her birthday!

The room wasn't very big, plastic chair low quality toiletries, 3 English movie channels, no rain shower , felt like a ibis room for the price point not value for money, pool is great, location is great , beach is beach , still bottles and cigarettes from the previous day on the beach , breakfast was very good and all the staff were amazing, island hotels are a little more expensive but overall I did extend my stay by 3 extra days so not that bad

The location of the hotel is very nice right on the beach. Though tell us set up well with the pool in the middle The main road right outside is all the shops and it's very walkable... Had a wonderful time walking the entire beach and the city for shopping highly recommend.!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the OZO! The room was clean and quiet, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and kind. I like how it’s within walking distance to everything but not in the craziness of Chaweng beach. I would definitely stay at the OZO again!

It was nice place but The room we stayed had a really really bad smell from bathroom and also couldn’t opened the window… also at the breakfast place, there are 2 coffee machine but only one of them can make latte and it’s long wait….

Pænt hotel men lidt kedeligt område
Pænt hotel lige ved strand. Ikke nok solstole, man kan ikke altid finde en ledig. God pool men en del larm fra børn. Kedelig og slidt vej langs stranden. Men butikscenter tæt på, og billige spisesteder. Meget venlig personale. Der er ikke så mange muligheder på øen andet end at bade, dog tog vi en jungletur ind over øen, flot og spændende.

Good stay other than smell in room
Lovely hotel in great location on the beach , staff friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which was not pleasant for two non smokers.

Ich wollte nur drei Nächte bleiben, aber es wurden 12 Nächte. Wunderschönes Beachhotel chaweng beach mit tollem Pool. Es passte einfach alles.
