It seems that this customer likes to give untruthful information. Check in time is at 2pm and they arrived at 12pm so of course their room wasn't ready when they arrived. Check in time is also mentioned while he booked this room so we don't know why is this customer so confused. Another misleading information is that we don't offer luggage service - we actually do and we informed him that we provide this service for a surcharge which the customer decided not to take it. When it was time to check out at 11am which again customer was informed at check in, he boldly informed us that he will keep his luggage inside of the room till 1pm as he ordered this taxi for this time. We informed him that this is not possible as we had to clean the room for a next customer and advised him to leave his luggage in the office which he refused. We told him then that the last option is to leave the bags outside of the room which he agreed to it. And we have no clue why is he saying anything that the room was under maintenance as there were no works done in the whole resort. The only rude person was him towards our female staff.

Dear Sasiprapha, thank you for your review, we are very sorry that you feel that way but your review is not completely the true. In a year of our business we didn't have customers who complained about any smell in this particular room. Besides customers before you stayed over a month in this room and were very happy and customers who are currently staying are happy too and not commenting anything about any smell whatsoever. As these bungalows are made from bamboo the only smell you could be more sensitive to can be from the smell of bamboo. And we would also like to say that we offered you different room but you refused and stayed your whole stay in this room.
