Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. ”Nous avons reservé pour le nouvel an...trois nuits. Malheureusement une erreur dans les plannings de réservation a ete faite par la direction. Cest pour ca pas 5 etoiles. Nous avons du sejourné dans un endroit endroit pour la nuit du 31. Mais ce ne sera pas 1 etoile mais bien 4 que nous lettons car une erreur est humaine...mais lequipe a tout fait pour nous satisfaire et nous avons ete satisfait du service de la jeune femme apres ce probleme. ”Un séjour inoubliable grâce à toute l’équipe du resort : un personnel tout sourire et attentionné. L’établissement est magnifique, extrêmement bien entretenu et la piscine est tout simplement grandiose. Un manager nous a même « dégoté » un durian biologique d’une ferme alors que la saison était terminée. Nous reviendrons à Peam Snea Resort, c’est juré !!”

”The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. ”

”Great hotel. I just wish it was closer to the beach but its nearby Kep crab market. We got a 2 bedroom bungalow. Accommodated out family well. My wife and I got a separate room. Both rooms were very nice and clean. We did order room service. Food was good. We mainly ate the american food items and it was delicious. ”
