”This property has nice finishes and was very clean. The bed needs a foam topper, the mattress was too thin for our liking. We were asleep by 10pm and were woken up around 12:30am by the tenants returning home and a dog barking upstairs. This was frustrating”

”Nice 2 bedroom basement suite. Close to gas station and grocery store. Dayhome on the property, but it wasn't a bother. Kitchen has everything you'll need. New, modern style. Very comfy bed.”

”Room is spacious, could easily roll out an inflatable mattress to accommodate another guest. Room has shared wall with common bathroom, some noise from there when being used. Upstairs tenant (host?) was loud at times, doors slamming, thumping footsteps. Pathway leading from front of property to entrance in the back is a disaster. If you have mobility issues, take extra care”
