”The single entrance door that allowed access to all rooms, located in the center of the building, would not lock behind you presenting a serious security issue in that anyone could enter the building, at anytime day or night. It was obvious the closing mechanism to the door was broken and was reported immediately to the hotel staff. ”Great stay at Riverbend Motel & Cabins. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently updated. The location is perfect—right by the river and just a short walk to downtown Helen. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the outdoor area by the water made the stay feel extra relaxing. A solid choice for a peaceful getaway. The breakfast isn’t really one, but they are trying hard to give you the best experience. Thank you!”

”Pretty good motel. Manager was friendly. Room was not cleaned on Sunday. Half of night latch on door was missing. Chairs in room were not comfortable at all. Entry door and bathroom door frame needed to be painted. Overall it was a nice stay. Would stay there again.”

”This motel was our first night in the US after a 10 hour flight and 3 hour drive. It was OK.. A bit tired, very noisy aircon but very pleasant staff and the breakfast option was welcome. It is convenient for Tallulah Falls and Gorge which is why we stayed.”

”I liked the convenance of the motel and the price. The wifi could have worked and chairs to sit in along with working tv. Oh maybe a microwave or at lease a water pot so we could make instant hot water.. but I guess I was asking or expecting to much”
